Our melt-in-your-mouth cookies are made to order, and formulated using only the highest quality ingredients. We use organic Sweet Brown Rice flour freshly milled from a small California rice farm, cage free organic eggs, and our sweetener is pure Lo Han, with no compromises and no additives.
Our Sweetener
Lo Han is a safe, healthy and delicious alternative sweetener, ideal for those who have a hard time tolerating sugar, agave, honey and other sweeteners. It does not raise the blood sugar or contribute to candida overgrowth. We like to say that it is as good as sugar, without the unpleasant side effects.
